College Consulting Services

As higher-ed insiders, we guide students, parents, and graduate applicants through every step of navigating applications, from choosing where to apply to the final application review before you hit ‘submit.’

We can draft a timeline of college research, prepare you for campus visits, review application drafts, and help you polish a personal statement. We’d prefer to help you plan sooner rather than later, but we’ve all been there — deadlines have a way of sneaking up!

Music and Arts Consulting

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL: We guide middle and high school students applying to arts programs and conservatories through portfolio and audition preparation. We also coach independent research projects for students interested in music history and theory.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: We advise college students and arts professionals on topics such as self-presentation, audience engagement, and seeking funding.

Writing Coaching / Academic Tutoring

$150 - $200 / session

We coach writers of all levels in professional and academic writing, research methods, and professional communication. Our students learn efficient time management and organizational skills that carry them through high school, college, and beyond.

Standards and Ethics

Integrity

Our students are the sole authors of their college applications. We provide guidance and a space of accountability, and we teach them how to edit and proofread their own work.

Respect

We respect the individual needs, values, and expectations of our clients as well as their right to privacy.

Expertise

We provide unbiased sound advice grounded in our expert knowledge of the higher education landscape.

We point our students to other resources as appropriate. We complement, not compete with, the work of their school counselors.
